Is coffee allowed on the girl diet? I noticed a lot of you are drinking a cup in the morning. Coffee is a great filler, so I was just curious...

Here is the answer ( 1 cup a day won't make a dif, but it depletes your body fro calcium if you are watching Ca intake)

I drink one cup a day. Every girl mama I know drank coffee, I am not worried about my one cup a day.

I drink one cup a day. I have seen other successful girl sways that have included it as well. It is different from my 3 or more cups of hot tea I drank before each of my boys so hoping it is different enough.

I have 2 a day with sweetener, wouldn't make it to lunchtime without eating if I didn't! I used to be a tea drinker so it's new for me too. I hear coffee is very acidifying!

I drink a coffee every morning too. It makes skipping breakfast sooooo much easier.

I know too many caffeine junkies with all girls to buy into that one! I already mentioned this on the other thread but my mom ONLY drinks coffee and tea and she conceived 3 girls (lost one) and a boy.
