12 weeks of waiting would make me crazy! It's just strange how some Dr's wait and others don't. I will have seen the Dr 3 times by the time I am 12 weeks. You are full of way more patience than I am

I am exhausted from the time I get up until bed time. Some of it may be the cold that seems to be running it's way through our home right now. Only thing a kid will share without a fight are germs

Sorry to hear your girls are tired too but it's a comfort knowing I'm not alone. Yesterday I felt really depleted and when I looked at myself in the mirror I looked pale and sick. Hope it's a girl sign, I don't remember feeling this tired with the boys. To make matters worse it's DS bday party next week and I have to clean the house before the party, don't know where I'm getting the energy from!

momof3boyz11, I'm all in for bump pictures. Mine is starting to show, I show very quick though, another 2 weeks or so I will have something to show for it and then I'll post it. That's a fun idea!

Mine won't see me until 12 weeks either but I requested a scan referral at 8 weeks otherwise I'll go nuts. I need to see a beating little heart, it's not too much to ask. It annoys me when Doctor's make it so hard to get those things done. My last Obstetrician, which I won't be seeing again for many reasons, refused to give me a referral for a scan from 20 weeks, I wanted to have one 3 weeks before due date just to be reassured everything was ok and he just said ' no need, all is fine, why do you want a scan', I didn't say it but thought 'don't know why as you seem to have x-ray vision'. I was so angry! In the end everything wasn't as fine he thought and ds was sitting in a very awkward back to back position which made my labour excruciating, if I had been told I would have opted for a epidural. Doctors don't always know everything and I hate the ones that disregard our requests for reassurance.

Not that tired but the nausea is HORRIBLE! Been living on saltines & vinegar potato chips. After weeks of LE I couldn't wait to get my BFP & eat but now I can't eat anything. Picked up an over the counter remedy today really hoping it helps.

Have the dr. again fri. They did an ultrasound on last Tuesday & we could see the sac & what he thought was baby. To tiny to tell for sure. My guess I was only exactly 5 weeks so I wasn't surprised when we didn't see heartbeat. Friday will be a repeat ultrasound & I'm really hoping to see this little one & that beautiful heartbeat. Been spotting on & off for over a week nothing heavy & no cramping but I will be super thankful to see the heartbeat & no that all is progressing.

Sorry to hear about your nausea. Looking on the bright side, lots of nausea means a very strong pregnancy, so I'm sure that spotting won't be anything bad. It's so normal. Hope you get to see that heartbeat soon to put your mind at ease.

Dreams, vinegar potato chips are helping? That's neat.
I've been eating these Honey Graham Sticks that seem to help. And if I just keep eating a little through the day it helps.
Walking or gently walking on the elliptical is also helping as long as I've eaten first.

Is anyone else this tired? I've never felt so fatigued in my life, in any of my other pregnancies I always had some energy left, with this one I feel sleepy all day! It's really full on, like I just collapse on the couch because I can't continue whatever I'm doing. I'm also having mild nausea on and off, it comes in waves 3 or 4 times a day, no vomiting though, just that yucky felling. I told Dh I feel like I'm having a bad hangover all day. Anyone else feeling this exhausted?
Wow! I could have wrote this post!! And even as I type this I'm in bed although its only 5pm in the evening. Absolutely energy-less. And am also getting waves of nausea that are stopping me in my tracks. Didn't have this at all with ds1 or ds2.
Am not going to complain too much as feel I'm lucky to be pregnant at all and these symptoms remind me of that all the time

Aidansmum one OWT says that a baby girl 'steals' her mother's beauty from within the womb so hopefully that's whats happening with you
