Thanks for the reply. I had no idea soy lethicin is even sold on supplements! Thanks so much for adding to this post. I was good today with not snacking in between lunch and dinner. But my dinner wasn't the best. I had like a half cup of white pasta with grated cheese and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I am proud of myself however that I was able to skip the snacking in between meals today. I do agree the rice Krispy treats are a better choice and I am trying to avoid dark chocolate these days.

I love dark chocolate too and I always crave it on my period. I can't eat milk chocolate instead because I find it gross. But if you can switch to milk chocolate from dark, or eat a rice krispie treat instead, I think that would definitely help. I noticed most of the girl moms seem to have a sweet tooth so I personally consider that a good sign of swaying pink. I think it's much better to indulge with sweet treats than sa lty/savoury ones.

Edit: Safflower oil, eggs and poultry (though this last should be avoided generally on the LE diet) are also high in Omega-6 fatty acids.
2011 - Matthew (who is the light of my life) in 2013 for delivery some time in 2014

Came to this website in September 2013 hoping to sway for a girl as we have none on either side of our families (6 boys total). Diagnosed in January 2014 elevated FSH level and extremely low AFC count. Praying and hoping God blesses me with one more healthy child whether it be another boy or a girl. Praying my RE can help me to achieve my dream of giving my son a sibling some time soon.

Brilliant, thanks so very much!! Ditto what she said.

Also, the soy that the blue swayers take is not soy lecithin, it is soy isoflavones (and there is conflicting data on how that sways anyway - we've actually gotten decent results with that for pink!)

LOL that is a very pink dinner!! The girl moms eat stuff like that just as matter of course. a salad, diet coke and cookies is a girl mama's favorite dinner.

There are so few people with hydrocephalus that I could not even hazard a guess and couldn't find any good info online.

I'm happy my obsessive interest in ingredients can be of use! Eating something with a little chocolate instead of actual plain chocolate is a good method of dealing with cravings. I bet chocolate flavoured candy would help along the same lines. Thanks for the suggestion - it's a great idea.

That really does sound like a prototypical girl meal!
