Happypixi, get yourself to Boots ASAP & get some Spatone while it's still on offer. I lost 1300ml of blood during the birth & was hovering above the iron level (8.1) for needing a blood transfusion. I tried iron tablets & they had a horrid effect on my tummy. My midwife recommended taking this natural iron supplement & while it's not cheap it's excellent. It's just too expensive for the NHS to prescribe.

Crikey!! Yes I've had some similar advice, I saw an acupuncturist friend today who gave me some treatment with ax and wrote me prescription for Floridax, I'm guessing a similar natural iron supplement.

So...... My little girl arrived!! On her due date. I had a perfect and very fast water birth, it was amazing. I am so totally grateful for everything and feeling utterly in love.
I still can't believe she is a girl, its so strange seeing girl bits rather than boy bits and I've accidentally called her 'he' a few times.
What a journey, and a dream come true! X

In my tapatalk app, I simply reply or post a new comment then press the picture of a camera on the bottom left of the typing box, above the keyboard... Or press the image next to it of mountains and a moon (supposed to be the icon for pictures in camera roll).

Between a tablet and a new laptop, I could not post much...bad keyboards and photographs that would not load. She is a great baby and in the 97%.... not the 3%!!!!!!!! Perfect other than the kidney and bladder..... but she pees just fine :-) as on me..more than either boy did.
