Hello! I was wondering if I could get examples of the times that you all ate during your LE diets. I know there's no magic times but I want to have enough time so that my blood sugar drops (I think that's right?) I'm a very healthy eater and with my boys I ate small meals every 4 hours so def want to do the opposite haha. Is 5 hours enough time?Thank you for your input!! :-)

Hmm. This is a good question. I'm curious to hear answers also. I know a work day for me I eat a half bagel with schmesr if cream cheese and coffee at 1030 and then lunch hour is at 130 so I eat lunch at that time and dinner I eat at like 7ish. I try really hard not to snack in between any of the meals. When I'm home I skip breakfast and eat a bagel with reduced fat strawberry cream cheese at 12 or 1230pm with a coffee and will probably try my hardest not to eat again until 6 or 7 but I end up caving in for a small snack in between or a snack after dinner before bed. However at night my last meal or snack is at like 9 so I'm pretty much going without eating from 9 pm until 1030am on workdays or noon until days off. I'm hoping that's enough time between overnight to go without food or anything else other than water.
I am curious to see what other ladies are doing though.2011 - Matthew (who is the light of my life)

Came to this website in September 2013 hoping to sway for a girl as we have none on either side of our families (6 boys total). Diagnosed in January 2014 elevated FSH level and extremely low AFC count.Praying and hoping God blesses me with one more healthy child whether it be another boy or a girl.
Praying my RE can help me to achieve my dream of giving my son a sibling some time soon.

I'm probably the wrong person to post this as I still haven't gotten pregnant, but I eat my first meal anywhere between 11:30-12:30 p.m. and then again at 6.p.m...I don't snack and I'm definitely starving every morning after my cardio workout (which I do at 5 a.m.)

I am just getting started after struggling to be on the diet for a few months but heres my eating schedule
I usually sip on peppermint tea while my family is enjoying my fav meal of the day...lol
Then around 11 I will have my lunch ...then nothing until 3 or so when I will havery pep tea again or if I am starving, then nibble on something ..
Dinner is usually the last meal around 6:30 or 7.

I haven't counted my calories in a while but depending on what I have for lunch I'm between 1200 and 1500 per day. The holidays really set me back with diet so I'm trying to get back on track. I'm up to 625 calories today and I've only had my 2 mini bagels with reduced fat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of vanilla frosting to get some omega 6 fat in my diet and a cup of decaf coffee at 1230 this afternoon and i just had 5 ritz crackers as a snack and its 545pm. so i skipped brekkie and ate at 1230pm and had my first snack at 545pm. I'm trying to keep my calories lower right now bc I know I'm going to eat pot roast tonight bc I have that in my crockpot for the family. I'm going to have little bit of meat and concentrate more on the carrots and potatoes but I know the meal will probably either bring me up to my total calories or put me over them.

I strive to only eat two meals a day cause I know I only ate about that when I conceived my girls but it's hard on my non working days to not snack from boredom!! Anyway I try to wait until after 11:00 to eat in the morning. If I can I go to noon. Then eat again around 5-7 depending. Sometimes I eat breakfast, skip lunch, eat dinner, other times I eat breakfast and lunch - skip dinner. I try not to buy snack foods cause if they're around I have NO willpower! I do drink coffee in the morning with a few ounces of almond milk in it. My eating schedules change because of my work schedules. I work night shift then swing back to dayshift life.

When I was swaying for my daughter, I aimed to have 15-16 hours between my last meal one night and my next meal the following day (ie: last food intake at 8pm, I'd try to wait til 11 or 12 to eat the next day, same routine just backed up if my meal was at 6pm, I'd aim for 10am before eating). I had three meals in between my other hours. I couldn't maintain caloric intake at a healthy level if I wasn't eating 3 times. But others might be able to do it (I needed more because of nursing). I don't know that there is an ideal number, just giving your body lower blood sugar for any amount of time beyond what you used to should help your sway.

We may be done, we may come back for one more sway. Time will tell. At the moment, we are very content with our family!
