Also, how long is your LP? That's something to watch for, if your LP is about 11/12 days, then there is a strong chance you ovulated on day 11 as FF suggests and the spotting you are experiencing is indeed AF. Even though Clomid messed my cycle I still had a 13 day LP, which is my usual, I've heard it messes the cycle, but not the LP, so once you know roughly when you ovulated you can also tell when your AF should come, in case Clomid leaves you hanging there having no idea when to expect AF. Hope this makes sense.

Well when I was a "normal cycle girl" my lp was 14 days since losing ov I have no clue. I have been using them here and there since temps went up I'm almost out I have like 5 left this evenings opk was negative. Can't wait to hear my progesterone results tomorrow to see if I indeed Ov.

I literally just want to cry I woke up to full blown AF ;( so this means I had a 21-22 day cycle. Why I'm I going through this? Never in my life have I had trouble conceiving let alone losing Ov and having a 8-9 day lp ;( I don't even know what to do anymore. Should I give Clomid another try? Just drop swaying? Take a break? Dh just wants me to drop everything and live a "normal" life. He said he's so tired of me doing this to myself and him ;( he just wants his old wife back.
I will be calling my ob to see how terrible my progesterone levels are? I guess I won't need Provera anymore. I literally just want to drop EVERYTHING even my cardio. Ugh! I'm so depressed. Sorry for being such a Debbie...I just wanted to update. ;(DS1DS2

I think you should give the Clomid at least one more month with eating more fat.
You do not need to drop everything - people have the mistaken impression that if they can't do everything, they may as well do nothing, but that isn't the case. Start off droping the things that are most disruptive to your life (even if htat includes cardio) and then lose everything that really interferes with conception.!!! I'm so sorry AF showed her ugly face.
But try not to despair, give it another try next cycle, it might just be the one. My DH was also getting a bit sick of me doing all that, and talking about it all the time so I did us both a favour, I continued to do what I had to do (no cardio or harsh diet though) and just stopped telling him what I was up to, the only thing he knew was to climb in bed when the time came, that way I gave him a break and kept punishing myself only with the swaying thing. I wouldn't just drop it all, as atomic says, maybe cardio or ease off on the diet a bit as all that stress is not good for a pink sway as we well know. I really feel your pain but don't give up. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread and am keeping my fingers crossed for your BFP on your next cycle.

Thank you so sweet of you aidansmum!
Yes, I'm dropping 1-2 days of cardio so it will be 4-5 days instead of 6 days. I'm going to ease up on the diet (actually already have). I'm taking every single advice I have started eating eggs (something I hadn't done in a loooong time) also included beans. I'm dropping the eating rice and vegetables every single day. I'm also going to start including full fat milk and yogurt. I'm on CD2 and feeling positive.
My Ob-gyn called me yesterday and told me that my Progesterone was now at a 4.8 (last month was less than .5) so I didn't Ov, but he upped my CLomid to 100mg. I start Clomid tomorrow Cd3-7 and praying and staying positive that this is it!
I'm going to ease up on things as much as I can so I can make this dream happen! I'm excited and can't wait to see what this end of the month brings me (praying for a bfp)!DS1DS2

I'm sorry you went through that, but I want to thank you too. I would certainly have freaked out if that happened to me. Next cycle will be a clomid cycle and if this happens to me, I think I will be more aware, prepared and calm about it. I am now going to PLAN for it to happen actually and hope it doesn't.
So, extra OPKs, extra repHresh, etc.
