Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

DH ate less red meat and stopped taking supplements like creatine (sp?) I wasn't sure if that swayed but I knew he had used it when all of our boys were conceived.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I became a vegetarian in February of 2013, so this was a huge diet change for me. I stopped snacking and eating breakfast in June (6 months).

Comments regarding DH's diet-

DH stopped didn't eat red meat regularly and ate more vegetarian dishes. DH stopped using muscle building supplements.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I ate vegetarian and tried to stay at the calorie amount recommended. I was nursing at the time so didn't want to hurt myself totally. I did eat beans or lentil soup regularly because it kept me under my protein intake. I didn't worry about sodium because I really worried about it with my 4th and it didn't seem to help.

I weighed between 118 and 120 but I didn't like going lower then that and nurse.

I do yoga regularly as well as teach it.

DH Abstained from period until a 4 days before O and then he FR until O. I did orgasm but I feel okay about that because I did not with my 4th son and my PH did not go high even with the big O.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

My DH and I both have chgned many things about ourselves and our diets since our last sway including my diet and his exercise routine. He is huge in to lifting weights but stopped while we were TTC and started just to run. He was a heavy drinker before and now doesn't drink at all. We also changed TTCing to FR instead of every other day like previously. If we do not have a girl, we are just meant to have all boys.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

My big O makes me a little nervous and that I have been so busy.
