    this is great advice. right befor ei read this i checked my bottle of salt and thought to myself, i should just eat the 2.5 tspn in one shot and ill be done! so much easier...!!! (joking!! this is NOT recommended!!!). but pouring it out and using it throughout the day is actually GREAT advice..thx for that!

    That is totally how I chugged my gelatin, just like TTC5 ... in a small glass with juice, then chased with straight juice. And MAN is that stuff ever hard to clean off the glass/spoon!

    I did the salt in a bowl thing and thought it worked really well too!
