are you doing peppermint tea? causes terrible heartburn
Not caused by "becoming more acidic" but some people do get more heartburn when eating more sugary foods.

Leebug i'm glad this worked for you but peppermint causes heartburn for lots of people! It relaxes the little muscle that keeps your stomach shut.

No I'm not drinking the tea but the heartburn has stopped on it's own. I'm thinking my body was just adjusting maybe
