    They are pretty good but do not do a lot of cycles. I am a huge fan of cycling locally. However, 5 hours is still far enough where you would need to find a local monitoring center up until before ER. Definitely worth a call!

    www.sart.org has many of the clinic's stats. That clinic looks pretty good on paper. You just have to find out if they do GS.

    I contacted them first since they are closest to me and when i had done research initially they were really nice on the phone ect... I did find out later that the dr. isnt that personable and thats important to me for me to be comfortable with the process. His staff is very nice and helpful though at least those i dealt with. They recently sent me an email with prices i think i still have it if your interested in that.
