Wow! New info with the updated sheet!

Am I the only one surprised to see the new updated information from the pink stats? I now know to stay the f&*^ away from acidophilus, that (as predicted) fiber supps and exercise are some of the best sway factors, alcohol is getting great pink results, and CFR is better than the other methods. Who would have thought that Vitex and antihistimines would have such crappy stats? Or that acijel works just as often as it doesn't?

Anyone else have thoughts on the update?

Very interesting! In gender don't tend to put exercise into their sways as much I don't think? This one interests me. I would say my exercise level was similar for both boys (walking only so moderate exercise). For my girl sway I think if will do cardio bit looking into this a bit more. Good luck with your sway xx

PLEASE don't read too much into those numbers. Take them for what they're worth but I BEG you guys to not base sways just on that data.

Just to clarify, much of that is not new info.

The acidophilus has been getting that bad of results from the beginning and has been included in the numbers from the start so that is not new. Fiber also included from the beginning and gotten great results. Those numbers have been there for a year and are not new.

Please look closely at some of those numbers because they are super small sample sizes and unlike real scientific data, people were doing tons of things to sway and I believe some of the numbers are misleading. You guys also need to look at the larger trends because when something goes from 58% to 65% and then back and forth that indicates to me that they are being influences by other factors. Strictness vs. laxness and the ability of the truly fertile "boy" makers to get pg while using some of these things can mess iwth the numbers. Example LR was in the 70's and now has dropped to the 60's, does that mean LR doesn't sway, no it doesn't and I still believe LR to be one of the very best and most consistent tactics that there is. As more people start to use it, the success rate has declined from what it was when only the stricter people were using it. Another example is skipping breakfast, the last time the numbers were crunched it didn't look very successful and now it's back up again. Just please please don't get too focused in on these numbers.

Re CFR, any of the timing/frequency methods that are mainly done with just one attempt have gotten good results and I believe that is because of the one attempt. I don't think CFR is any better than any frequency method and may actually be worse for some couples because it's stressful, one attempt is getting about 75% success regardless of timing or frequency and the CFR sample size is so small that one extra success from sheer luck, makes the % go from 75 to 83.

Re vitex and antihistamine, I think those numbers are misleading and represent how many people were taking them overall and also that a lot of people do very lax sways while taking them and rely on them to save the day. Also with antihistmaine there are people taking one, people taking 2 a day for a week, and everything in between; there are people taking them because they have a ton of EWCM and people skipping them because they have none, so people who use them may start out more likely to have a boy to begin with. On paper, they both should sway pink and I will continue recommending them. Over the next year we may start to play around with the dose and method of the vitex to see if we get more consistent results but I am not ready to do that just yet as we've recently changed up a few things and I don't want to muddy the waters.

Thanks for the clarity, atomic! I KNOW that it's important to remember that these aren't stats the come from double-blind studies with a large sample size, isolating each individual swaying tactic (although, that would be AMAZING!)

I think I'm just mostly excited that things I was already planning for my sway are getting such good results (I also got a boy with Vitex last time around, so this just confirmed for me my desire to drop it!) I definitely think you're on to something with the "lazy swayers" choosing just the supplements to carry their sway.

I'm also really excited that the "no alcohol" rule from IG has been proven to be false. That was the part I hated the most about the IG pink diet!

It'll be interesting as more sways are processed and added in. I REALLY wish we had more info about caffeine

There are definitely newer strategies in just the 2 years it's been since my failed pink sway. I'm definetley a fan of one attempt and lots of cardio. Vitex is tricky. It was part of my failed sways and I really think it messed with my cycle, which was so stressful! So it may sway pink but if it stresses you out it's no good. I've been surprised about the alcohol--as often as 2 drinks a day that nay sway pink? I'm also interested in caffeine.

I am convinced both alcohol and caffeine in higher than mod. amounts sway pink and hope that the stats will eventually show that pretty clearly over time.

What type of alcohol are we allowed? Is white rum (such as malibu) along with diet coke good? I saw vodka and beer on the list, but not rum. Thoughts?
