Oh and I'm still on the fence if DH should be taking LR and OLE. Just ordered the liquid form of OLE the other night. DH is less than thrilled but is willing to do it. A little concerned about how the LR will affect him.. but also keep wondering because of the results it gets. He's 34 (will be 35 in July) and is healthy; but heart conditions do run in his family. He's never been tested for sperm count/testosterone levels - should we look into that before he possibly uses LR?

well OLE lowers blood pressure which I would think counteract the LR raising it. I don't think it could hurt to try for the first month. I am going to have my Dh start LR the day I start my period in April and then quit after we DTD. He has been taking OLE for a month already and will probably continue that forever since he loves it so much.

omg ladies!! My Dh just told me he is willing to take up long distance running for the sway if I want him to!. That is running at least 4 miles a day! He is crazy but wow do I love him for it! Now I just wonder if he has to run everyday for just a few days a week.

Rosie, that's great! Maybe I can convince DH to take up running again.. he used to run 3-4 miles/day before DS came along...then it all went down the drain. Lol. For some reason it didn't hit me that exercise for DH would help our sway. Maybe I can convince him to be responsible for that part
