If you have been doing LE Diet for a long time, have lost tons of weight, stopped ovulation, etc I have made a different version of diet that can help you restore your fertility gradually without completely throwing diet out the window.
Also variations for pink swayers considering HT who want to improve/maintain fertility while they decide whether or not to proceed with HT.
It is in the PCOS thread but it's NOT just for people with PCOS, I put it in there becasue there is a lot of similar info in that thread!!

Thank you - although I don't think it necessarily applies to me I did find it interesting to read and I would certainly revisit if no BFP in a couple of months.
