CM pH IG diet vs. here

Just wanted to share my experience....

While I was on strict IG diet ( no dairy whatsoever, etc) my CM pH was stucked between 5 and 6 ( I'm using pH strips) even during ovulation.

When I first started IG diet pH went rather quickly from 4 to 5-6 value but it remained there for months.

I switched on TW diet (high everything for boy) in March, haven't check pH til this cycle and to my pleasant surprise, my CM pH around O date was almost 8

On TW diet I added 1/2 cup of full fat yogurt every other day with oat cereals and cheese on pizza, nuts ( rich in Mg but raise T), 9 servings of fresh fruits/veggies every day ( well some days it was 7-8 servings lol!) and I was sooooo much more relaxed and confident about my swaying efforts.

Very important: I think the very important thing regarding pH was completely stopping fizzy drinks esp. Coke Coke is acidifying beyond words ( and ultimately unhealthy btw) and the amount of caffeine is insufficient compared to coffe ( which is only slightly acidifying)

So, as long as pH goes TW works!

I'm thrilled to hear your opinions on diet coke as I'm swaying pink and have become rather addicted to it I'm pleased it's working for you!

I also took my pH today. I'm using strips also and *think* it may have been 5 to 5.5 before I started the low-everything diet (it was definitely green!) and today the strip stayed orange. I'm not at a fertile time of the month so it's irrelevant really but I'm obviously more acidic than I was before

My pH was NEVER up on the IG diet it was always so low like 3.5-4. So had to use BS because of course everyone get ph up with that.
Now here Im On Kristin diet lol (well try my best for sure) and around this O my ph was 6.4! ( I use the hanna ph meter)
    So much from that HUH!
Now I hope it will go up even more when Im on all sups and drinks too!
I had low ph with all my girls (with DD4 was up with bsf) so I want high ph this time for sure.

Zanacal - giving up Coke was the hardest part of the diet LOL! because I was addicted to it. I drank at least 4 glasses of Coke each and every day when my DDs were conceived. So I say - drink as much as you can LOL but once you get BFP it's better to stop and switch to something healthier

Flava - that's excellent pH!!!!! I think it won't get higher then 8 ( only with BSF it can reach 9) but you are already in boy pH zone

Atomic - I'm so glad I've found this site and TW

Do you think that is why you ended up with dd4?
