    Fiber supplament

    I bought equate brand fiber therapy supplement to take every day but just looked at the ingredients. It has calcium. "Calcium polycarbophil 625 mg equivalent to 500 mg polycarbophil". Is this ok to take for ttc pink?

    Well, it's really not calcium in that it is bonded with other stuff and is inert.

    It is fine, does the exact same stuff as other fiber and may even be better for some people becasue it doesn't make you gassy like the Metamucil can.

    Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. There's a possibility of bfp this cycle and of course I'll be so excited by that but kinda hoping I have another month. This way I can use the fiber and I'm excersising! Which I'm actually really exited about . I've been doing the walk away the pounds 5 mile walk. Hoping one month is enough to sway girl
