    That's exactly why I'm avoiding running. I can get hurt and then I'm afraid that stopping exercising will ruin my sway, or at least that worrying that I stopped exercising will ruin it. I plan to try couch to 5k after my BFP

    I am doing the leslies 5 mile fat burn too! I have also been using the wii u fitness and doing the 60 minute intense cardio workout at random so it will be running in place and then hula hooping...along with golf driving range...weird!

    I never get hurt per se but I have bad knees, so I'm hoping it won't be too bad. What do you normally hurt?

    Lilithwiser, ya I have weak ankles and my knees swell very easily. I have injured myself so many times in dance and cheerleading in high school that it takes very little to send them into a bad state. It's funny the things that seem so important to us as teens, then we grow up and regret it. Oh well lol. Idk maybe running will give me some strength back a bit to actually keep me from injuring myself so easily. I'm just scared lol.

    Rosie, you sound like you've got this down! I really like the 5 mile walk but find I'm getting bored. I think I might need to mix it up a bit.

    Marriedmomof2, I tend to hurt my knees and ankles. Years of strain from dance and cheer many years ago really have taken it's toll on my body. I also have tendinitis in my right wrist but thankfully I don't need that for cardo I can't do push ups or put really and weight on my wrist so I'm thankful I'm not swaying for a boy lol. Just need to find a way to protect my knees and ankles.
