You're absolutely right. Unfortunately my gut isn't the strongest. I do Kinesiology and using that we can test food sensitivities. I can eat mozzarella for some reason and a bit of very low lactose cheeses like mature cheddar and gouda. Cheese is pretty high in protein and fat too right so it's not ideal for LE!

Weezie, welcome back! I ate a lot of WW foods, cakes, bagels, etc. They were easy to fit in to the daily limits.
