I've been having a ttc break while i move home as had too stressful a time, suffered panic attacks that saw me in hospital twice i was so freaked out. 😥
Anyway, i wondered if anyone with pcos had any diet tips for me, i am struggling to loose weight, while i am so stressed out, i am going to start my personal sway plan full flow again now but i feel like i need a little help with the pcos version of the girl sway diet.
automic, hi hope your well. loving the new photo of your daughter 😍 re - my liver, i was told two of them were birthmarks one a simple cyst. the herbs you previously mentioned to me? i was guessing it was saw palemento, is it something i should perhaps try? my cycles seem to be settling down, but i am still spotting a bit before full flow. xxxxx

I hope the move went as well as it could and sorry to hear about the attacks.
I cant really comment on the diet tips/weight loss for PCOS although I think atomic updated that thread recently. I have pasted here although I dont know if its right for your circumstances and probably best to let atomic advise:

Ladies with PCOS can also use myo-inositol, in addition to the PCOS version of the LE diet. Good luck

Yes I posted more thorough PCOS diet and a couple different variations in the PCOS thread so they may help.
I looked over your sway plan and I had not included the herbal supps in your plan, I believe because you had just had a loss, but I need to verify it by looking over your questionnaires first - is there any way you can bump your Custom forum for me so I don't have to spend a bunch of time tracking it down??
The myoinositol could be something to consider but I really want to look at your questionnaire first. I almost always include that for anyone with PCOS and I want to know why I didn't put it in your plan before I have you start it.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
