TTC5, Bec,Beg, Zivic, Skrimpy - Thanks for all the well wishes last night All is done now crossing fingers my temp goes up tomorrow morning but my OPKs are fading back out and CM turned creamy so I think I got it in about 12-16 hours before O which I am pleased with Now it is just FX! It feels to good to finally be 'in the race' LOL watching from the sidelines is fustrating LOL!

Kris- goodluck - I hope it all comes together one way or the other

Alexis- FX! hope to see a BFP for you tomorrow!
I work in a research lab. I just came in early on Saturday morning, and it took all of 2 seconds to see them. They looked great- kind of makes me wish I dtd instead.

I am waiting for AF to arrive to begin this cycle. Hopefully cycle no 3 is it! But, trying to convince myself it will be another 2-3 cycles (on top of the 2 I already tried).

I would have had that "hope" to keep me cheerful, then I think I'd have just been smitten with my new babe. BUT... having saif that, lol, I agree about not being able to NOT find out. If Lord willing we conceive again I will probably find out again. I hope after my experience with Honor I will not have such horrible GD. But DH absolutely wants to know with all our kids. He doesn't mind not telling me, lol, but I think that would drive me nuts. So it's just really a hard thing. In many ways I think not knowing is better, but the temptation is still so great

Lola - I think what you sais about envisioning both scenarios (boy or girl) and coming to a peace with either is very good. One thing that did help me w/ GD and anxiety was knowing I had both girl and boy names I really loved.

ZB - FX that your BD went well! I usually had 2-3 days of EWCM, actually O'ing on the last day of it. Do you usually have one day or more? I agree w/ TTC5 that with the open cervix it sounds like things were ripe and ready

Begonia - I always live off milk in the early days when nothing sounds good

TTC5 - I am keeping FX for you!!

Cheeky - wooooo hope you had a good time with DTD Tons of blue dust coming your way.

iluv - hopefully the thyroid meds work for you, I know they are helpful to a lot of mamas.

Spicy - glad to hear DH's boys are swimming strong
Sorry, I am way behind! Skrimpy- did you sway with your newest baby girl? Sometimes I wonder if all of this diet/money into supplements are worth it- but I remind myself that bringing a child into the world is permanent, and all of these other things are temporary, so taking a bit longer to get pregnant and giving up ice cream (though the TW does seem tempting) isn't so bad.

ELP you crack me up it is 40 weeks from your last menstrual period until the due date therefore you either count back 38 or you count back 40 and then forward for 2 to get to your ovulation day also for you sounds like you Oed in waning moon so you don't need to care for the moon theory, yet it would have been good to get your stats.
D'oh sorry I read your orginal thread wrong I thought you meant add as in add 2 to the 40 not add as in take away 2 from the 40

Well we had an unexpected turn of events tonight. A good friend of ours who has donated to my partner last month offered to help me too and came around with a fresh sample for us to use tonight He will be back tomorrow to drop off another one. We used a vaginal speculum tonight, to reach my cervix. Sarah had one of those torches that go on your head, she looked funny but it did the job. She said my cervix was really opened which is good, she injected a little sperm into my cervix and the rest all over it. I laid with hips propped for 90 mins before i had to get up and pee. I put an instead cup in before i got up and will leave that in for a few hours.

Thank you babydes. I did not O yesterday I got my period LOL. Sounds like I definitely need more time to work out what i am doing I don't even know when my cylce is (granted it was a bit early but still). What do you think is enough time? I am in my late 30s though. It took a while to get DD2 because of m/cs and if I get to over 40 my chances of another DD increase dramatically. Also I have had high cholestorol in the past. Never high blood pressure which is good but it does run in the family. So I am really not happy about being on this diet for too long. Also if we skip this cycle and next cycle we will be too close to DD2's birthday. I think it would be nice for both kids to have separate birthdays. Thanks again for your advice.

Hey lady, thanks for asking! I did lose some weight, not sure how much, but I feel better. DH and I started yoga again, doing 2x a week, and I can already see some muscle coming back. Not to mention, I told my yoga instructor that we are having issues ttc and she said yoga is excellent for that, gets the blood pumping in your pelvis and all over. I do remember being super fertile and had girls when doing a lot of yoga back in the day. We are now on diet again, and I think I may start some acv and such soon. UGHHHHHHHHH but not much else. We will likely do some boy stuff when we dtd (preseed, position, etc) but I am just so worn out with ttc and m/c stuff that I am not as in to it as I wish I was.

I just held my friend's 2 month old baby boy for an hour up in my office while she took ballet class and I thought I would be DYING over it, but right now, I just feel whatever. Clearly I am being self-protective here, telling myself I don't really care if I have a baby or not, subconsciously.

Anyway, I hope you are right, Babydes, and the luck keeps rolling. Blue crew had a big dry spell there!!!! I am SO glad you are doing well and baby is plugging right along!

I think I'm out ladies. AF is due tomorrow and got a BFN today along with my temps dropping Just ready for this next cycle and trying to get my cm worked out to boy friendly. Didn't get the gorgeous ewcm this time. Could it have been the soy? I was really hoping I could take it to get twins.
