French Gender Diet

I was wondering if anyone is doing or in the past have done the French Gender Diet to Conceive a girl? Is the success rate good on it for girls?

In this thread: http://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/...ad.php?t=25157 in the spreadsheet there are a couple ladies who did the FGD and found success. I would also have a look at those who did the IG diet as it's pretty similar.

Most here do the LE diet.

some have done it, when done correctly as written in the FGD book (you are meant to limit meat, vegetables/fruit, and even dairy) it's really quite similar to the LE Diet. I do think it sways pink, but it's not because of the mineral levels of the diet, it's because when done properly it is a more restrictive diet with lower levels of nutrients.
