Tech made an educated guess yesterday. What do you think?

Hi all! We had our NT scan yesterday, and the tech was able to make a guess based on the angle of the dangle! I'd love to hear what you all have to say. I don't know if you can see the actual nub in this picture, but it's the best one I have. Thanks in advance for all your wisdom.

Wow! I'm so surprised! The tech said that it looked more girly yesterday. Of course, she was pretty zoomed in on it, so idk if that has an effect. This is the best pic that she gave me though. Thanks for the input!

Yeah, I really think that what I was looking at isn't the nub. I don't think this pic has the nub in it
