Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I made big change to my diet, cut out all meat and fish as i'm a massive fish eater. Eat lots of empty cabs eg white bread noddles rice. Was the smallest I've been since I was a teen i loved being thin..

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

On the diet for a long time 7-8 months but had to have a break as lost to much weight and became very anaemic, Levels down to 3 and was not getting pregnant was my fault as i had my heart set on 0+12 and was wasting time... Please girls don't jeopardise the diet for timing..

Drink a lot of milk (fat free)with nest quick as I hate the teste of milk, I put milk in the diet as i never drink it at all. Also lots of ice cream diet lemonade (7 up) and crystal light..

Was going to have are attempt the night before but Dh was suffering from a very bad cold (he would say it was flu I would say man flu) so was feeling to sick to have an attempt.

Ok so I dropped lots of my supplements as i was not getting pregnant I dropped Vitex Saw palmetto and cut down on baby aspirin. Dropping my beloved supplement make me nervous.

My beautiful sister gave me a rose quarter.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I was very relaxed as my sister had my kids for the day so testosterone was low I think.. I didn't have much cervical mucus, we only had one attempt, I got to use the acijel but it was the night before when I was planing to have are attempt so don't think it made any difference. I was my thinnest than I have been in a long time. My faith..

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

My diet was not as strong as when I started. I dropped some supplements, could have lowered sprem count more before attempt, I had a uti and yest infection day after my attempt and had to have antibiotics. I had the flu jab about week before my attempt and was taking iron tables too..

Things worth mentioning:

I'm not finding out gender till birth so will keep you posted . Just wanted to say a big thank you to Atomic Sagebrush for all her support and amazing advise and always putting safety first and reminding me that this swaying isn't a guarantee,which I needed and still do. I have a stronge faith so have been asking God to bless me with a heathy baby and a girl would be really really nice, as I know he will have the last word but I also know he loves a trier...

Oh forgot to say was running 4-5 times a week, but only managed 3 times in the week leading up to are attempt as flu jab made me feel unwell...Sorry it has taken so long to get my sway down...
