I have whatever alcohol I fancy so tequila is fine, but I am guessing wine has more calories, if you are drinking for the calories

In the Dream Members section, please check out the threads "quick fixes for diet disasters" and "100-300 calorie meal completers" because those will help you get more of your nutrient requirements.

You also need more protein, that's too little.

WHY d0 you think you are over on fat at 35g?? That is low-normal.

One thing that stands out to me right away is that if you swap out some of the fat-free products for part-skim or full fat, you immediately up cal intake.

RE sodium, I honestly do not even think it sways pink and it makes it much easier to stick to the diet if you drop that part. I only leave it in because it is possible to do it, but it simplifies things considerably if you don't.
