I'm starving - obviously my KFC didn't do much for my blood sugar levels, which I guess is a good thing

Mmmmm...KFC! I'm feeling a little down today, so I'm having a treat for supper: pesto. The only real no-no in it is garlic, and I've watched my sodium and protein carefully for the rest of the day so I can keep within the guidelines. It's one of my favourite foods, so it will feel like a huge treat! I'll update later with my whole day's menu.

Enjoy mochagirl! I was looking on KFC's website before we went so I could choose what to have. I was disappointed there was no vegetarian option but I don't suppose they expect veggies in Kentucky Fried 'Chicken'!!

You women are AWESOME!!! I’m going to try to wean myself off of breakfast while still eating my last meal around 3-5 pm but I’m just not there yet…

Mocha – I’m like you…I get preg really easily but I just turned 38 so my eggies are a bit older. It really shocked me that I didn’t get preg this last time since it’s been so easy before. I was really deflated when I kept seeing BFNs...I have to keep reminding myself that this time around, I’m swaying so things are different! That is AWESOME that you lost that weight! I’m almost to my college weight of 107 lbs (I’m 110 lbs now). I was 130-something when I conceived both our boys so hopefully it’ll sway well (???). Being this small along w/Vitex and the sway are really screwing up my cycles but I guess that’s a good thing. Just makes it annoying when you want to get preggers NOW! lol

Zanacal - I really want to take Chitosan but I’m afraid of taking it while BF. That’s really good that you’re taking it!! I know exactly what you’re talking about when you say you need to eat more cals…Last summer, I lost 25 lbs and I had to eat about 1500 – 1600 cals to keep losing. I also often did the “calorie zig-zagging” like you…it really keeps your body guessing on how much you’ll put in there and thus, you end up losing more! You’re definitely on the right track, sister!
