Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I tried my best at the diet but didnt stress out too much if I cheated. I limited meat but did have chicken on a few occasions. Drank alot of coke zero and crystal light . I always put equal in my coffee.
I tried to postpone breakfast for as long as I could untill 11 am ish I couldnt hold out much more then that because I would get too grumpy. lol

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I started the diet loosely in October 2013, skipping breakfast and eating less. I also watched how my sister in law ate who has 3 girls (I was living with her at the time so I ate what she ate) I did stuff up abit on the TWW though

Biorhythms have my conception day 72.8 % Emotional and 9.9 % Physical. I tried visualizing a little girl in my arms as well before conception. And I slept with a little girls jumper under my pillow - hey it cant hurt lol. I also painted my nails pink

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

*Ive recently come off the BCP


*DH smokes
*I was very sick at conception (chest infection which is still lingering)
*I wasnt exercising at all when normally i go for big long walks
* I tried my best to stick to diet and always ate 1800 or less - I cant survive on anything less than that

#not getting much sleep

I stuffed up abit in the TWW with my previous attempt
