I'm 50-50. If the shadow on the top ISN'T part of the nub, I think it's really girly. But I can't tell if that shadow-bump is part of it. And if it were, I'd guess boy. Sorry!

Yes its quite tricky. I'm not sure if the shadow could even be coming off one of the legs. It's just a bit fuzzy. I only have this pic, a close up from its tummy upwards and the bottom of bubbas feet
