hi married, fat is done as a percentage - 20%-30% of calories from fat, so from memory if eating 1800 calories, thats 60g fat to get to 30% (I stick to the upper ends of the diet). Protein is 40-50g regardless, however I go for up to 60g protein. Sometimes I manage 50g, sometimes its 65g. Of course its a different matter at the weekend!

So I have a question, Atomic, I guess if you don't reply to this in a few days I write a post. But if I increase my cals wouldn't that mean increasing everything else as well? Like fat and protein? Did I miss something in the essays that said to do this?
It can mean that but not necessarily. In the LE Diet section in the Dream Members forum I have a thread called "quick fixes for diet disasters" that has tips on ways to get one thing without the others.

Best way (IMO) to add cals without anything else - full sugar pop
