I've only been taking it a month...and like I said, the diet etc seems to be pushing O later an later. But I did stop taking it for now, and I will resume it once I finally O. If it were any other month I would be okay just waiting, but not this month. I do agree with you about listening to my body!
How are you feeling?
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Congrats to all the positives. I'm joining, April will be our fourth month TTC. I'm on CD3. We're probably going to try the once every four days timing this month as best we can, we're making a big move so we'll see if we can remember to BD, lol. Our sway may just consist of no meat this month. There's too much else going on!

Hi ladies,
Still torn between ttc in april or not. Partly because I wanna include exercise and also beacuse diet hasn't been great the last couple of days. Yesterday was really bad. Had dinner out with friends and the menu was really not LE-friendly. Ended up eating snacks (like crisps and dip) before dinner, and then had a fish soup with garlic bread. It was really full of fat and even if I only ate half of it I know the calories, proteins and fats went way over limits. Also had lots of white wine, smoked a cigarette (Can't believe it myself, I never ever smoke!! Must have been the wine plus I heard it's pink swaying :-S).
I will probably O in about a week and I don't know if it's enough time to heal the bad diet last days.
When will you ladies have your attempts?Gorgeous

Hi marika, I think you should try as I am finding that there really won't ever be a perfect month (well perhaps first month will), but it gets harder and harder to stick to and you have to allow yourself the odd treat now and then! I'm sure it is the general pattern and not one night that makes or breaks. If you are strict for the next week you can still be confident of a good sway. GL!

I agree, atomic said to me that there will never be a perfect month and it's ok! She said she has seen the strictest of sways still result in opposites. Cheats are also allowed and a few days won't undo everything you've done to date and will do from today to O. It's the long term that makes the difference.
Now I've got a BFP, of course I'm going through all the should I, could I, wish I had....but even if I had been "perfect" I'm sure I'd still be doing that! 😜 I also don't know how long I could have kept going with LE and all the supps and the rephresh etc etc....I just couldn't afford to! And DH was over being vegetarian and only doing cardio! 😉
You have to do what's best for you though. 💜

After all my waffling, dh took me out to a nice dinner last night, I had a wee bit to drink, and we ended up dtd. So... I guess I'm in the 2ww this month after all.
Not sure if it was to late to catch an egg, though, so I'm just going to focus on ttc in April and keep up with the exercise this month!
