I know I asked this question before but I can't remember where and I would hate to make a post for this simple question, this is for the pink swayers if you are using rephresh how long before your first attempt did you ladies start using rephresh? 6 weeks? 1 month? TIA

Yay fiorefleur That's great news Our bodies can be so confusing!
Marriedmom I think you just use rephresh from af to attempt in attempt month but not 100% sure as I didn't use it. Sorry!

Yes I too thought I read that rephresh is AF to attempt but I think you also only apply every 3 days or something like that?
