Saturday blood test were showing decreasing hormones but today's test has shown that they have gone right back up again.
I'm booked for an u/s with a consultant tomorrow am to see what us going on...
The spotting has almost stopped now. Really trying not to freak out and really hope that I won't need any intervention...:-(

Good luck at the U/S tomorrow! I still feel like you have a good chance of being pregnant. And like a PP said maybe it was a twin pregnancy with implantation at different times and then you just lost one like Atomic?
Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)
Oct 2014
July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

I am heartbroken but finally I now know for sure that it is an ectopic pregnancy.
I have the choice of having a few injections or surgery and I just don't know what to do. I will have to stop breastfeeding my DS if I have the injections and that's quite a cold turkey way to do it. In any cases I won't be able to TTC for a while so I feel devastated...
