Looks like Vitex could have been helping me ovulate. I am cd13 today and its my first month off all supplements and there is no sign of O. Hardly even a faint on my opks. I've gone from not attempting this month and being so chilled to doing loads of opks stressing wondering where my + is!! I need to chill. I am telling myself the longer I take to O the further away from xmas baby would be born so that a positive!!
Now wondering if I will have O'd before thurs when I am at the hospital... xx

Dreaming, I'm a widow...and currently single. I have a friend here who wants kids who has been giving me his sperm, but he hasn't had an SA. So I imagine a proven sperm donor would be better. I have to meet the donor, though - I won't do anonymous.
How much Vitex where you taking?

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Hi Girls,
Can I join?. We will be TTC this month after having a miscarriage last month
I feel Ok now and ready to start TTC again. I've Just finished AF, so going to start with the OPK'S in a few days and DTD just once at positive OPK again as it worked first time In jan
I've started back on the LE diet, but not as strict as before. I've only put a few pounds on since stopping the LE diet in Feb, so will hopefully will lose that before the attempt. DH started the LR again last week. I'm also taking fiber, folic acid and rephresh.
Good luck ladies xxx

Dollych I'm sorry for your miscarriage.
I hope you find success this month.
I agree the wait does stink. I want to wait until missed period to test since I don't want to waste any sticks, but I may not be able to wait. I don't feel confident I'll get a BFP this month.I

I bought internet cheapies so that I could indulge myself with a 2X a day POAS obsession... and now I'm going to be going out to get a FRER from the drugstore because the lines are too light for DH to really believe them! I know it's a BFP, but I have to admit, a digital "1-2 Weeks Pregnant" on a test is SO much more satisfying than a faint pink line!
Good luck Willowsgirl, and everyone else in the 2ww! I was SO unconvinced I would be successful this month, but it CAN happen when you're a doubty-downer!My Gender Dream came true, my family is complete!

dolly, I'm sorry about your loss but it is great that you can conceive from the one attempt. I hope it sticks this time. I'm sure being post-miscarriage sways more than having gained a few pounds, so you have a good shot at a girl.

Maidentomother, I am so sorry for you loss. I cannot imagine. I hope you get your girl xxx
Dollych, I am also sorry for your loss. I think it was you that unknowingly put me onto this site from B&B in the GD section, you mentioned this website as I was talking about shettles I think. Hope it works quickly for you this time xx
I was taking 1000mg of Vitex and 300mg of SP. I have stopped them both this cycle. Strange as I thought id O earlier but guess not as there is still ahrdly a line on my opk

Thanks Dreaming. I'm sorry you aren't Oing earlier, I know that frustration!I never got a positive OPK but I got an almost positive 2 days ago. Now it has faded to almost nothing but still no temp spike though my temp has been rising gradually over the past few days. I don't feel like I've Oed but really not sure about anything at this point. Hopefully your cycle goes much more smoothly!
