I can't stand the raw meat. I cant smell it and I can't touch it. So awful!! So DH last night put a pork roast in the crock pot and it cooked all day while we were gone. Then he seasoned it a little and I will have that to eat on for the next several days. Same with chicken. I have also been getting the nitrite free ham and chopping it up for salad.
