I had a really hard time with this diet. I was on it for three months, but did not do well the last month that I got pregnant.

I change my mind a lot. First 4 month ttc I also took magnesium and calcium. I decided to stop that during the last three months. Started taking vitex the last four months ttc. I think the vitex really changed my cycle. I was a regular 28 day cycle but changed to 26, 28, 24 and then 29 day cycles.

Did you do anything with Ions?

Yes. Wore a bracelet.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I read on someone else's sway that she prayed every night for a girl or the comfort to accept having a boy. That is what I did and I feel good about it. I also feel good about having one attempt and that I got my husband to take some supplements. It wasn't easy!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I am worried that my last month dieting didn't go well- but if I don't get a girl God has a reason.

Things worth mentioning:

I will not find out the gender until my Christmas baby arrives. But I will come back and update. Thanks to everyone for their posts on this site - it is an amazing community.
