HA!My life revolves around food.....which is why I'm always 30 lbs overweightIt takes about 3 weeks for me to be settled in a new way of eating....let's hope I get that far!
I have a question already.....
the one thing that is going to make or break this is my daily breakfast tea. I have to have 2 cups of tea a day or I will fail for sure. It's the one thing that I look forward to in the am and in the pm. I usually have coffee cream and sugar(1tsp) in it. I will not add apartame or splenda. Is sugar ok in that small of an amount twice a day? And the cream....would you put 1% milk in it instead? I won't use skim as it's like drinking water with white colour in it and rice milk would make me wanna hurl.....LOL
Thanks Girls!

Believe me DM, food is my life too!
Well I don't take sugar in my tea but I'm eating enough of it elsewhere! I'd say it's fine so long as you're counting it in your daily allowances, likewise with the creamer - but how much protein etc. are in that? I'd switch to skimmed if it meant I could eat more when food is so limited anyway2005

YAY...Made it to 12:30 w/out a meal!
Or lack there of, lol...
Sounds like a wonderful food day, especially your fruit crumble! I'm writing that one down!
DM - I was putting a bit of soy creamer in my coffee or tea in the a.m. but I noticed that if I drop it and put something more skim in there, my daily fat intake looks a lot better. If you can try skim, I would do that instead (I know it won't taste as good =[ ). Also, sugar is okay as long as it fits into your daily cals I think. MyGL! We're here to support eachother!

I can't remember what we were watching on telly last night but it prompted DH to make a comment about how 'BDing' is the best thing in the world and my response was 'don't be silly, the best thing in the world is food'!

OK-
1tbsp Creamer- .5gr protein, 20 cals, 1.5 gr fat, 5 sodium. I'll take itLOL! I can handle an extra gram of protein per day
So far it has been an enlightening dayI had 1 1/2 pieces of toast at 10:45 am(slowly pushing back the time) with a little bit strawberry jam and one tea
I'm trying desperately not to snack....ugh this is so frickin hard! I have to make it to 2pm before I can eat. I think I'm going to stick with my whole wheat, low salt bread because I just can't bring myself to eat white
I looked up the few minerals it has in it, and with the amount I'll eat it...I figure it'll be ok. Also....with strawberries in season for awhile at least I can eat something yummy! YAY! I hope I'm preggo before summer is done...LOL!

Well done, ootb, for making it until 1230!!!
Well done, dm, on your first day, I really didn't think I could do it but once in the swing of it, it's a lot easier than I thought it would be! I agree that little amount of sugar should be fine. Also I think you have to include things that if you didn't you know you'd fail.
Ladies, I am also a food obsessive, the kind of person who plans dinner at breakfast time and checks out the menu of restaurants way before I go to see what I can eat!! I just keep reminding myself of how much I can eat when I get a bfp!!!
Today went like this
No breakfast
1 actimel just before lunch
Lunch at family's - 1 tomato and mozzarella bruschetta, vegetable terrine with 2 roast potato, carrots and parsnip puree, 1 biscuit with Brie (so tasty!!!)
dinner cous cous with beans, cucumber and leeks - not so tasty!!
I do my best on Sunday's but it's always a bit off, probably over on sodium particularly, I'll be good tomorrow.
No bfp signs, sure I'm not pregnant this cycle!

My sister is a veggie so mum would already be cooking something for her and I've said I'm not eating meat anymore as it upsets my stomach!!! When I am pregnant I'll say I'm eating it again as it's best for the baby!!
