Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Skipped breakfast. Already vegetarian and dont eat fish so pretty much cut out the bigger sources of protein i usually eat - cheese, eggs, meat substitutes. Ate lots of white rice and ricecakes (daily) and loads of the 'free' veg. Didn't add salt but didnt factor it in to sway either.

Only drink decaf coffee/tea anyway, added sweeteners. Drank a couple of units of alcohol daily for months (feel sooo unhealthy - mainly gin and slimline tonic)

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

16.9 BMI and weighted 7stone 12oz at conception.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I had to ease up on LE and my daily exercise because i lost too much weight and wasnt ovulating following coming off the pill. Put back on almost half a stone from my lowest weight on LE and stayed steady at almost 8 stone until i conceived. Walked 1 hr a day for about 5 months then down to 40 mins almost every day for the last few months to try to keep weight on.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Such a long time on LE, lowest adult weight (thereabouts). Actually stopped my cycles due to excessive walking and dieting (which, to be clear, i dont feel great about at all. It was awful and stupid and worrying and just took so much longer to get here) but i hope that it will help my sway. Alcohol daily to help sway. Clomid hopefully helped and we used other things that first cycle eg sudafed, replens, antihistamines etc as i was really just hoping to ovulate at all, not expecting BFP

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Had to gain a little weight to actually ovulate at all and still didnt without provera and clomid. Had three weeks totally 'off' diet over xmas to put weight on then had to stick to a lighter version of LE and cut back on exercise to get healthier. Was a bit stressed out at conception due to fact my body just wasnt doing anything and i felt the diet would be never ending.

Things worth mentioning:

Consider ourselves as TTC only 1 month (from starting clomid) because i knew all the other months i wasnt ovulating or getting periods. Abstain was only 4 days.

I feel the same cherry. Something inside tells me this time its a girl, and last time i just knew my son was a boy, but I just wonder if its all just wishful thinking/hoping. We shall all soon see!
