May 4th, 2014, 05:08 PM #1164Aww kitkat, that would have been scary. So glad your husband is alright now. I'm not sure what the recovery time frame would be for something like that.

 Lavienrose, yay for Af arriving

 Fingers crossed for you Rosie.

Daisymoo, I did have to use the temp corrector yesterday due to needing sleep from nightshift the night before last. But, I had a temp drop and it went back up again this morning I didn't answer all your questions from last time. Yes, my temp going up is a good thing. Hopefully my temp did dip yesterday which is a potentially positive sign. Hopefully my temp stays up now. I didn't answer all your questions from last time. Yes, my temp going up is a good thing. As I mentioned to Daisymoo, so far my temps are staying above the coverline. I had a temp dip yesterday. I'm hoping it was an actual temp dip as I had to use the corrector. Temp went back up this morning, 7dpo. This is day 4 of sticky and eggwhite cm. Supps or not, I'm usually dry at this point.

A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

May 5th, 2014, 08:58 AM #1165Hey ladies. For anyone craving cake, I made some yummy things last time round using either grated courgette/zucchini, carrot or applesauce instead of any fat. I also put in slightly less sugar than the recipes stated and they were yummy. Really kept the cravings at bay! 2009 2009 2011 2011 2013 (failed sway) 2013 (failed sway)

Loving the cake chat and thanks for the tip weezie!!

Boysway hope those temps stay up what a great sign!

Kitkat you deserved that treat hope your DH will be ok.

Lavie yay for AF!! So funny that we have all been celebrating its arrival lol!!

I am having a great time and am very relaxed just wish I could fully let go and not think about getting PG/ dieting all the time. OPKs are getting darker and I can feel activity going on in that area so that's something. My body is getting loads of vitamin D and I'm not exercising and eating more than I have been. Every now and again I worry about it which is stupid, I'm on holiday! Anyway I have a massage booked tomorrow morning so it all helps I guess. Very confident I will definitely ovulate this week.

May 5th, 2014, 09:40 AM #1167Just dug this out from last sway:

Just made some yummy chocolate chip muffins that work out to be 115 cals, 3.75g protein and 1.95g fat per muffin. Really good if you're craving a cake I think! So recipe:
1 cup/240ml soy yoghurt (or a low fat yog)
 2 medium eggs
 0.75cups/175g sugar
 2cups shredded courgette
2.5cups/300g flour (I used half wholegrain spelt, half buckwheat due to food intolerances)
0.5cups/130ml soy milk (or any low fat milk)
 30g/4tbsp cocoa
 30g dark choc chips
 1tsp vanilla
 1tsp baking powder
 1tsp baking soda
 0.5tsp salt
 0.5tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F or 175C and line muffin tins. Beat first three ingredients well together and then add everything else. Cook for about 20 mins and try and wait a little until they've cooled before eating them! Enjoy! 2009 2009 2011 2011 2013 (failed sway) 2013 (failed sway)
