My insurance states that it covers "infertility treatents" , does anyone know if Drs will try and submit the whole claim (ivf/meds and testing) on your behalf to try and get the most out of your insurance policy even Without having infertility problems?would the insurance company expect proof or take the Drs word for it? And if so do Drs ever little white lie the claims on behalf of the patient?

If you have coverage, call your insurance company and inquire about the actual benefits. They will tell you if there are any prerequirements and any dollar limits. You may also ask about meds.
Most doctors will file if you have coverage.
