Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I followed the plan from July-September. In October I was diagnosed with low progesterone and told it may be hard to get pregnant. We abandoned diet at that point, conceived in January.

Any Diet Details?

We conceived after a very relaxing 2 week Christmas break when DH was home. If anything, my diet was boy friendly due to holiday eating!

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Weight was stable, I was actually at my heaviest weight of conception out of my three pregnancies. I am about 15-20 pounds overweight.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

The biggest thing that changed for me this time was my personality perhaps. When we found out it may be hard to get pregnant we had a long talk about how much we just wanted a third child, regardless of gender. I completely gave up control of the process and I was completely at peace with either gender, we just prayed hard for a baby! We conceived after a nice long relaxing holiday break, my stress level was very low. Also, this was the first time I conceived while taking progesterone supplements.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

This was obviously a very lazy/abandoned sway...but we are expecting a little girl anyway! Just wanted to encourage others with these results...

Thank you! Yes, the only things different this time were progesterone + relaxed/gave up control...not sure of either helped? Maybe!

Thank you all! I wanted to update in case it encourages someone who doesn't have a "perfect" sway...

I am a major control freak, OCD, so letting go of control was a big deal for me...I was shocked when they told us baby is a girl!

Thank you all!! I also wanted to add a huge thank you to Atomic While I wasn't able to keep up the diet, I think a lot of info I read here about Mary vs. Martha helped me a ton!
