To O or not... Let's talk orgasms and TTC PINK!

Ok, so we know about DH abstaining for TTC pink. What about DW? Avoid O during attempt, right? Well, what about "helping yourself" outside of attempts? Should orgasm be avoided all together for a while when TTC pink? My thought is that frequently orgasming would raise T levels. What do you ladies think? Best to just "be chaste" for a while?

I read to avoid O for a couple months, so I did. Doesn't hurt, might not help kind of thing. Plenty of women have orgasms all the time and still have girls. I suspect it can't hurt to lower the sperm count though since the spermies like it so much.

i really think the one attempt sways more than the O. The less sperm the better.

I plan on doing one attempt with O since I always O anyways, but there's definitely no "helping yourself" in the meantime due to the testosterone theory.

Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

I refrain from big O for months before both my boys so I don't put much stock in it.
