I would eat these white tortillas I got from Costco. They are raw and you cook them. They are so yummy but they aren't whole grain. Still fortified white tortillas. They are also very small. I think the key is to eat a small meal of foods that are on the LE list so you don't feel so deprived. If once a week you are really craving something go ahead and eat it but eat just a couple of bites. You are more likely to be able to stick to the diet as a whole and not be stressed out and feeling deprived if you allow yourself one small cheat a week. You could even pick a day that way you have something to look forward to

Corn tortillas are better than flour as they have fewer calories and typically aren't fortified.
