Weeziewoozles, you have to do what works for you. You've probably got an idea on how to eat within the LE limits now without having to track it all. Personally I find it helpful to log it and for working out what I'm high or low on to assist with dinner choices and sharing on here I love, but if it's causing extra stress or "marthaness" for you, then it might be easier to stop logging for a while, or maybe just every now and then so you can check that you're pretty much still on track.
I'm considering the 4 day method too now as we missed the egg this month and think it would take some of our stress away, still not sure how that all works with FR/Abstain though?? Does DH release everyday and just one unprotected attempt every 4 days?? I don't know if he could do that. 😕
GL in whatever you decide. You'll have full support on here either way. xx

if you are considering the every 4 days, that is instead of FR/Abstain. You cant do it with abstain for obvious reasons. You could do it with FR but it would be really hard for DH to do so I wouldnt suggest it.

Mumofsix.....Question, if I may
I've been reading through these posts and I'm really curious as to what a 'flat white' is? Silly question, I know, but have to ask

Lol!! Not silly at all. It's a type of coffee from a coffee place....like a cappuccino but without fluff and the choc. Made on milk and a shot or two of coffee. 😊

today:
530am - coffee with whole milk
12.30pm - salad and beetroot, and my usual birleys sandwich: mozzarella, tomato and basil on rosemary foccacia bread with some kind of pesto and some other sauce that is tasty but I dont know what it is!
3.45pm - a banana, some raspberries, blackberries and total greek yoghurt
8.00pm - sweet potatoes, Mash Direct cauliflower cheese, broccoli, roast mushrooms
MUST stay away from chocolate.....and cheese crackers..........
so thats approx 1700 cals, 59g fat (30%) and 57g protein

OK I have a few questions, if someone wouldn't mind....I know "everything within plan limits" and that there are a few foods most people avoid...with regards to chocolate? Does this mean ALL chocolate, anything chocolate? Like what about chocolate pop tarts? Or junior mints? Or little debbie cakes? Also, are olives something to limit? THanks ladies!
So far today
BKFST: 1 cup sugar free mocha coffee
LUNCH: Pasta salad with 3 or four small bites of chicken, 1 tbsp shredded cheese, half a baguette, yoplait banana cream yogurt
DINNER: will probably be toast and another yogurt, maybe a pop tart or possibly some rice with butter and parm18

I don't avoid chocolate at all and eat quite often but I'm just trying to stay away today because I've just got back from an all inclusive holiday
Olives - probably not the most LE friendly thing due to healthy fat but I love them and I do eat on occasion. Ocado stock some amazing olives with chilli and garlic, yum!!

Mumof6 - I always wanted to know what a "flat white" was as well, thanks for answering ! I've learned so much about international food and drink from this thread!
txmom - chocolate is fine in moderation if it fits in your limits
Here's my (not very LE friendly!) day -
Breakfast: coffee + creamer
Lunch: Trader Joe's Japanese fried rice frozen entree (has seaweed, a little tofu, edamame, and carrots.. it was delicious and I highly recommend for ladies here in the US!, only 5 grams of fat per serving and 7 grams of protein), Trader Joe's light kettle corn, and big bowl of blackberries
Dinner: Making one pot cheesy pasta with broccoli (a little higher in fat than I would like, but my boys LOVE it and I get so tired of making 2 meals), for dessert a bowl of blueberries with 1/4 cup of yogurt on top
approx 1150 calories, 42 grams of fat (oops), 39 grams of proteinDS1 (2012)
Due 7/13/2015 ! Swayed pink and I am blessed to bewith
and
