    Please critique my plan

    I have finally finished my sway plan. Please let me know what you think and if I should change anything. Note: I may have some of these things in the wrong places but you get the idea. After months/years of planning, my 1st attempt is fast approaching! I'm excited

    Timing
    0+12 with tbm and dc lined with a little sylk. Abstain around 14 days

    PH
    acijel finger every 3 days after af and morning of attempt day. Will do 1ml lime douche an hour before tbm. 30 minutes after tbm will do .15ml lime douche and keep checking every half hour for 4 hours alternating acijel and lime. Diluted lime tampon after 4 hours. No big O

    Minerals
    630 mg calcium and the rest from diet, at 1st pos opk I will probably cut the amount of calcium in half and get even more from the diet since calcium supplements are alkaline. 250 mg magnesium, 800 folic acid.

    supplements
    Baby aspirin every other day, Sudafed an hour before attempt for me and dh, 320mg saw palmetto, 8400mg cranberry the month before attempt then at AF of attempt month I will up it to 12600 and drop down to 4200 when I get pos opk so I can see my cm change. At 0+12 I will pop a couple cranberry with some pure cranberry juice. DH 8400 mg cranberry and week of O up it to 12600mg.

    Diet
    Strict IG diet 7-8 weeks before attempt. Mostly eating from tiers 1,2 and 3. occassionally something from the IG cookbook. Lowering calories, protein and fat. Staying within or under recommended ranges for sodium and potassium. Adding equal to yogurt and drinking couple of CL a day. No caffeine for me. DH not doing the diet but increasing his calcium, decreasing salt and staying away from red meat, potatoes, tomatoes, bananas. DH decreasing his caffeine. He may do a vodka and cranberry before attempt.

    Ions
    should be new moon, rock salt lamp next to bed on all night, ki-flow bracelet, magnets applied to ovaries, black tourmaline and rose quartz in bra, asparagus fern in bedroom, fan on while on computer, fan on at night with windows open, minimal computer week of O, no a/c, neg ion hairdryer, ion generator wall plug in, house plants, outside as much as possible, shower an hour before bd (dh shower just before tbm), anion sanitary pads

    hormones
    No excercise, lose weight, send kids to grammy's night of attempt to stay stress free, lavendar oil in spray bottle with water spritzed around house, lavendar shave cream and lotion, burn candle with lavendar essential oil, acetone nail polish remover daily week of O, foot massage after tbm.

    AFC=24

    5/30: start stims (187.5 gonal f), 6/2: decrease gonal to 150 add 1 vial menopur , 6/5: add 2nd vial of menopur, 6/6: add ganirelix, 6/9: no meds, do trigger, 6/11: ER 21 retrieved, 13 mature, 13 fertilized, 9 biopsied, 6/16: transferred 1 XX...bfp! Betas: 10dp5dt 283, 12dp5dt 807, 19dp5dt 8762, 7/21: 7w5d HB 155!

    I didn't know calcium supps were alkaline, but doesn't ingesting alkaline things mean your body produces a more acidic environment? you have to weigh it up with the additional hormones/fat/nutrients in dairy if it really does make your body more alkaline I guess

    think your plan sounds very good!

    First of all Chicky, that is a perfect traditional sway! Good luck!! PS - PLEASE be careful taking that much cran with baby aspirin, if you show any signs of bleeding (bruising, heavy AF or spotting after DTD, bleeding a long time after cuts), cut back right away.

    And I strongly suggest (demand!!) that you not go below the suggested levels of potassium. You can DIE from too little potassium. 2500-3500 mg a day.

    Secondly, calcium supps are def. alkalinizing. EAting alkaline things does not mean your body produces a more alkaline environment...SOME foods that are alkaline are acidifying (such as red meat) and some aren't.
