Sorry to hear everyone is unwell. On the plus side it helps with the sway....

Mumofsix - one of your boys needs to go and get you some more pop tarts!!!

Primal wow you sound like a fitness queen! You have turned your diet on its head so it's probably this that's making you sluggish. Sorry if this has come up already but have you tried the PCOS/fertility version of the diet? It might help, or even adding in more fruit and veg? It does sound like couch potato is the way to go but if you enjoy exercise normally then I understand wanting to include it. If you do exercise though, please up your cals otherwise you might lose ovulation.

We have some friends round today, was supposed to BBQ but it's raining (British summer lol) so we will have to cook inside. It's going to be a high calorie day so I'm not sure whether it's worth posting, as I have a chicken pizza for dinner too!!

Bluebonnet - don't feel guilty about cheese, you need full fat dairy to ovulate. I eat loads of cheese, in fact I'll be filling my face with Brie, Camembert and halloumi today yum!

Sorry you're sick too! Although like steph said, hopefully it will help sway! 😊

Yesterday was my relaxed day I've been planning to have on Saturday. It wasn't a total blow out, I ate pretty well in the day but last night we had homemade pizza which is our usual thing on Saturday nights, I topped mine with real cheese (OMG!), salami, dried figs, some roast pumpkin, caramelised onion & crumbled blue cheese. Wowsers. No idea how many calories & don't care!! Back on the bandwagon today.

So I was a bit of a pig yesterday....not sure on all the timings but I started eating around 1230 and stopped around 930. I snacked on pretzels to begin with before we ate lunch. Pretty sure lunch was ready around 230 but not sure, i had a couple of glasses of Sauvignon blanc by then. Lunch was 1.5 white crusty rolls from the bakery, 1.5 slices of halloumi, 2 portobello mushrooms, about 3 slices salami, a beef chipolata sausage and some beetroot salad. An hour or so later and more wine we tucked into the birthday cake and I had 2 massive pieces. Once everyone had left and DS in bed we opened a bottle of rose cava, brought out the leftovers (thankfully not much) and I ate another bakery roll a beef chipolata sausage, a slice of salami and half a Camembert with lots of poppy and sesame seed crackers!! Yes that's 125g of Camembert!!!! It was delicious but I'm feeling a bit guilty now

Guessing around 3000 cals, 125g fat (50%) and 100g protein yikes!

We are going to an all you can eat sushi place tonight!!

Lol stephk I can easily polish off a Brie or Camembert on my own. Yum. Today was -

8am - 2 cups tea with splash full cream milk & xylitol

11am - 2 eggs on a dry slice of gluten free white toast.

6:30pm - gluten free spaghetti with zucchini, asparagus, garlic, chilli, herbs, lemon juice & far too much olive oil.

    3 beers & probably wine

    1115cal, 20g protein 48g fat.
