What would you choose to drop or change to increase chances of pregnancy for 2nd attempt. I really don't want to falter on the diet so what do you all think is the first to go.
1 we did frequent release through ov, what you dtd every other day?
2 decrease or drop vitex or saw palmetto
3 decrease or drop liquorice root for dh (he's only taking 1 tablet and it didn't affect his ability to do frequent release)
4 drop the sylk (I only used a tiny bit each time)
5 drop the rephresh?
What do you think????

Hmmmm.... If this were my attempt I would drop the rephresh and make sure that the daily attempt through O was in the morning maybe starting a few days after af shows. I would use some sylk, and keep the vitex and SP.
Good luck Hun (hugs)Crunchy Mama to 3 rambunctious boys~'06 :bike: '08

I'm not sure I would drop anything after only one month. I don't think you're doing too much and even pulling out the stops, some months people just don't get pg. I didn't get pg my first month trying with DS 2 or 3 and we were trying hard. Some months the egg isn't good or you just have bad luck and it doesn't work out.
If I DID have to pick one thing I would prob. drop the RepHresh and cut vitex in half.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

He, he!!! I know, I'm really negative, dh is always saying a need a pma!!!!
Thank you, atomic, I think I'll cut the vitex in half as I think I was very suseptible to it. Do you think how long it takes for af to return after being on the pill is an indication of how easily a person's hormones can change as mine took 6 months to return

No, there are so many factors at play that you can't just look at one thing.
