Hi I am a chocoholic and I need to eat a bit in the evening! If I get sugar and dairy free carob would this be better than sugar and dairy free chocolate?

No, they are both kinda on the healthy side unfortunately. Carob is included in a lot of health foods that may be even more boy friendly. Milk chocolate is prob. better than carob and dark chocolate.
