We ended up having Thai for dinner. Beef curry and pad Thai noodles. Feeling so sick now!

sounds yum, its not even midday here - skipping breakfast on a hangover SUCKS

Sounds yummo! I would not be able to handle a hangover on an empty stomach. Hangovers literally make me want to cry.

I discovered that pancake syrup is literally pure sugar with no nutritional value so I'm thrilled. I made low fat pancakes and had a great lunch of sweet sugary pancakes to help me not feel so deprived.

well it seems I had a positive OPK and if its not positive it is pretty darn close!! typical after that feast yesterday and upcoming feasting....

    today:
5.20am - black coffee (no milk in the house!!)
10.00 a nescafe cafe menu latte (was sooooo desperate for something with caffeine in it)
1.15pm (not on purpose) - kirstys moroccan vegetables, mash direct beetroot and red cabbage, items from the salad bar at work (aubergine, cauliflower, broccoli and mushroom). Some chocolate flavour almond milk.
6.00pm - may or may not have a cosmo or 2. I am so tired I dont fancy it but DH might talk me round....
8.00pm - I am making chicken fajitas at DH request but I will give him most of the chicken and make extra veggies - butternut squash, onion, courgette, babycorn and try to only have veg. I am also going to do my very best to have only 3 fajitas and not 4! Will have cheddar and sour cream too. We will likely share a bottle of wine. If I manage to have 3 fajitas I am totally having a crunchie ice cream.

so without the cosmos and eating 3 fajitas its approx 2100 cals, 60g fat and 60g protein. 2 cosmos would add 197 cals.

Edit- ended up having one Cosmo after our attempt. I was good and had 3 tortillas. Didn't have the crunchie ice cream but I did have 3 crackers with Brie and 2 small chocolates.

    2260 cals, 64g fat, 58gprotein

stephk - I can't believe you skipped bfast on a hangover. The few times I've been hung over on the diet I eat some pancakes or waffle around 9 AM otherwise I feel too sick! Also surprised people in the UK eat fajitas at home. We eat mexican food 2x a week here in TX ! GL on your attempt tonight!

    Today's food -
    Breakfast - coffee with creamer
lunch - 1.75 cups of Japanese fried rice (carrots, edamame, tofu, seaweed), chia fruit snack, 10 honey wheat pretzels
dinner - 2 slices of Domino's brooklyn pizza with mushrooms and bell peppers, 1/2 bottle of wine

1423 calories, 34 grams of fat, 41 grams of protein

lol thanks! we love fajitas but I find them a bit fiddly to make so we dont have them too often. I did eat a lot of food yesterday so genuinely I didnt feel like eating this morning but then hunger really struck at 9am. Cant believe I made it until 1.15 although that wasnt on purpose, I was going to eat at 12 but forgot about a meeting I had! Cant wait to sleep tonight!!!

Not sure I did this right as it looks quite low on protein.
Can anyone tell me if low fat ready meals or weight watchers ready meals are ok
