A slice of bread has about 4-5g protein and it looks like you had 3-4 slices? I am sure you had closer to 30-40g with the bread and chicken nuggets. It will take time and you don't have to lose weight if you don't have weight to lose, the diet is swaying with or without weight loss. I lost all my weight before January and kept stable since, I fluctuate by 1-2kg here and there but it's mainly stable.

11.30am - a banana, a punnet of graze tropical daiquiri (basically a small amount of raisins and dried mango) and a nescafe cafe menu latte (a sachet of dried powder that you add water to for a coffee)
1.30pm - lunch at all bar one - a halloumi and portobello mushroom burger, fries and mayo, plus a large glass of chardonnay
8.00pm - dinner at a curry restaurant - a garlic naan, fish masala and okra side dish, plus a bottle of chardonnay....

    approx 2800 cals, 82g (37%) fat and 65g protein

did not sleep well last night due to major stomach pain but it was yummy when I was eating it all. Theatre was good - if anyone has the production near them I recommend for a good laugh - dirty rotten scoundrels.
Cannot remember when I last went to the theatre! I used to go all the time before kids!

Wish I had a Sushi takeaway tonight! Instead I have concocted something that I hope will be nice. I sauted leeks, carrots and swede (rutabaga) in oil spray then added some mixed beans and chopped tomatoes as well as loads of Mexican-ish spices. Stuck it in the oven with thinly sliced potatoes on top and the tiniest bit of grated parmesan. We shall see when I've put the kids to bed how it turns out but it's practically zero fat and shouldn't be too high in protein as even though I used beans, I used lots of swede to make it go further! Two of my boys have temperatures so I'm enjoying a large gin and tonic now!

That sounds like a good night's meal- especially the gin and tonic. I made the boys chicken with pesto and rice but didn't have any yet. Right now I'm at the movies munching on popcorn- movie hasn't started yet, I'm not sitting and texting and driving everyone crazy lol.

I love it that gin and tonic is girl friendly! I got to go to the cinema the other night with a friend so I bought a bag of Minstrels and loved every one!

I'm not strict at all with the diet on the weekends, but I try to at least stay mostly vegetarian and keep protein and fat within limits if I can.

Breakfast (9:30 AM) - 1 slice of french toast, coffee with creamer, a greyhound cocktail
Lunch - 1/2 of a panera mozzerella/tomato panini, slice of bread with butter
Dinner - Olive garden for date night. Ravioli di Portobello, salad with no dressing, 1/2 bottle of wine

1851 calories (oops!), 56 grams of fat, 49 grams of protein
