So after careful consideration, discussions with Atomic & with my husband I've decided to go back to my normal paleo diet but eat lower calorie & less meat/protein overall. I found LE was affecting my health negatively in a myriad of ways. I was extremely lethargic, depressed, anxious (protein stimulates serotonin which is what a lot of anti-depressants do) & my IBS symptoms (which are aggravated by grains & legumes) were making every day a misery. I had gone from my usual exercising 6 & sometimes 7 days a week to barely being able to drag my sorry butt off the couch, I was GAINING weight & life was just not pleasant for anyone. On Saturday morning I had a full blown panic attack & decided enough was enough. So I have eaten paleo for 2 days... Today I've been up since 5am & have been on the go all day, including a 5k run. I feel the best I've felt in weeks. I won't be going back to LE & will attempt to sway with lower calories overall & exercise. It is best for me & my family & I'm not so dead set on having a girl that i want my health or my family to suffer.Because of that I won't post here anymore, my diet won't relate to yours & I also don't want to confuse any newcomers. I'll still read & comment but I won't bother posting my menus. Xx

Sounds like a great plan. Your health must come first - and the fact you will have less overall will still sway pink.

primal I think that is a great plan!!! And remember millions of women have girls without ever swaying! They aren't all doing LE obviously and even a few changes can be enough to have a girl
Enjoying life with my crazy little DS1 2010:and DS2 2012:
Jan 15- Loss sway baby 12 wks

Well the old me has definitely come out today apart from having no breakfast...
715am - 2 coffees with whole milk
820am- coffee with whole milk
We went to a friends for lunch, awful drive there, I wasn't feeling great.
1230 - opened a bottle of light sauvingon blanc (DH didn't drink and drive back). Had a few olives
1.15pm - chicken tagine and salad - this was delicious and I had a big portion!
2.15pm - homemade pavlova - 2 helpings!
7.30pm - open a bottle of cotes du rhone villages with DH, out comes the poppy and sesame seed crackers, pretzels and a whole Camembert (sharing!!!) - well I can't have it once I get that BFP lol
Approx 2400 cal
Approx 80g fat
Approx 57g protein - phew on this one, but I had 2 big chicken thighs?!
Anyway I stupidly obsessed over whether to have the cheese just in case the egg isn't fertilised yet.....stupid stupid stupid. Then I decided to say f*** it and enjoy the cheese and wine!

All sounds yum steph! I love pavlova and there would have been no harm with the cheese & wine! 😊

I weighed myself this morning and I've put on 1kg in one week.... Oh well what can you do, I've done my best and I know last week wasn't great or healthy but all I could do was my best. Normally I would be thrilled to be 59kg so just need to shut up lol. It's going to be hard motivating myself this week!
The Camembert was delicious by the way and I probably had more crackers than accounted for!
