Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Because our meals are majority Indian, I chose to control the portions rather than change what I eat coz that would've been stressful and impossible.

Since January, with tons of cheats

Comments regarding DH's diet-

We've both been vegetarians and he's always had 3 proper meals with no snacking so no changes

Any Diet Details?

I've always been a vegetarian but a huge breakfast lover and a grazer so those 2 things I believe have always worked against me.

With TTC though, I completely changed my eating patterns but food remained the same more or less. Portions were a lot smaller & ate 2 meals with 1 small snack

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I hardly ever weighed myself but believe I was around 135 with a BMI of 23.9

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

Since starting the LE diet, I've managed to lose 20 pounds - I worked out 5/6 days a week for an hour - the workout usually consisted of speed walking/jogging which was intense for me.

My current weight is 115 at 20.5 BMI

I tested in the morning and had -opk. I took a shower and was painting my nails when hubby came out of the shower and we had a quikie lol..it was perfect and very relaxed. I did wipe & J&D right away so am shocked that we got lucky coz there was hardly any that came out to begin with.

We dtd on the 15th and I'm pretty sure I O'd on the 17th.

I tried V+s&p for first couple of months but just wasnt feeling it so dropped it. I did drink tons of Pep tea on and off just coz I loved sipping on it.

I had started taking baby aspirin that week because my doc recommanded it.

nope. I always o'd around full moon and was nervous about it at first but then decided to not even pay attention to it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

- complete change of diet + exercise
-Lost 20 pounds and was my lowest adult weight.
-the whole process was very relaxing and just nice..I had to skip May coz I stressed myself & hubby out so this was a complete change.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

nothing yet everything..lol. I feel like I did give it my all and did what I thought would work for me. Hopefully it will give me my girl; if not, I'll love that li'l boy just as much if not more

Things worth mentioning:

Hubby took LR & OLE for a few months. but towards the end, he started slacking and only took it when he remembered.
