odd i am so sorry for your loss. I would also attempt as soon as possible, a couple of weeks not exercising and dieting perfectly wont have done much, if any, harm to the sway. Hope you catch that next egg and it sticks this time.

Oh no Odd, so sorry to hear of your loss. There's been so many around here lately.
I would also start back up with diet and exercise now and try to catch that first egg. Ovulation may even be delayed for a week or so after your m/c so you may be able to get in 3 weeks of diet and exercise before you O. I'm only on CD2 and only exercised ONCE during my last TWW. Just started back up today and will try to exercise every day for the next 13 days till O.
Good luck and I hope June is your month!Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

Odd I'm so sorry! I hope you catch the next egg and it sticks!
I still haven't gotten af. I took another test with one of my cheapies I think it's not as sensitive as the fr but I did get a very faint line on it. I really want to test again with a fr but I don't want to spend to much money on tests. I hate being in limbo and not knowing for sure! It's driving me crazy. I keep thinking what if it's a chemical and were getting our hopes up for nothing. Or maybe the vitex and sp extended my cycle this month even though it didn't the last two so my period really isn't late? I wish they would just give me a blood test!ttc our first baby May 2014!!
Failed sway resulted in an adorable baby boy. Perfect in every way
Failed sway with another cute boy May 2016.
Trying HT Feb, 2018 Hopefully it works!!

Odd, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I would try this cycle, if you can manage it emotionally. If maternal demise is something that sways pink, I'm not sure I can think of anything more detrimental than a m/c. Hugs to you, sweetie.

I've finally got an update here.
Blood test was negative, hormones are fine.
It slipped my mind that I stopped taking Paxil early last month.. I wonder if the stress and withdrawal could have caused me not to build up much lining, so when AF would have showed up, all I had was spotting.
I'm disappointed... but at least I know my hormones are in order and shouldn't prevent me from getting pregnant. If my spotting was supposed to be AF I'm on CD9 now... Big IF. Going to start temping tomorrow, already had a negative OPK today. Hope I won't have to sit this month out and I actually ovulate.'08
